LCBA Members are invited to vote several times throughout the year on a variety of topics, including yearly board and award elections. All ballots will appear below with instructions on how to vote.
Board Election 2026-27
There are three vacancies on the LCBA Board of Directors and four officer vacancies for the upcoming 2026-2027 year.
The following people are seeking election for the following positions:

Directors:
Karen Anderson - I am eager to serve as a Director for the Lane County Bar Association to actively contribute to my local bar. My primary goal is to continue the great work of the LCBA in strengthening the professional and personal ties between LCBA members. I look forward to assisting with educational opportunities and building community through other events and programming, including with other Lane County professional groups and the Oregon law schools when appropriate. I look forward to serving on the board and providing the dedicated leadership necessary to ensure the LCBA remains a supportive and effective resource for its members.
Aaron Landau - I’d be honored to serve on the LCBA Board of Directors. I’ve practiced in Eugene for 17 years,
focused primarily on appeals and public law. I’ve also taught at UO Law for most of the last
decade, and I currently serve as Executive Committee Chair of OSB’s administrative law
section. I value the role LCBA plays in fostering collegiality, professionalism, and public service
among our local attorneys, judges, and students – and I’d be grateful for the opportunity to
help strengthen those connections by contributing to the Board’s programming and outreach
in the coming years.
Francisco “Frank” Segarra - I recently became more actively engaged with the Lane County Bar Association after not being very active earlier in my practice, and I have come to appreciate the important role it plays in
supporting connection, professionalism, and shared resources within our local legal community. I would like to serve on the Board to contribute to that mission and help strengthen opportunities for meaningful engagement among members. Board service is an opportunity to give back to a community that supports all of us, and I am committed to participating thoughtfully and consistently.
