The LCBA members elect Lane County attorney volunteers to serve on the LCBA Board of Directors every spring. Each Board member serves a minimum three-year term. The Board consists of 4 officers (President, President-Elect, Secretary, and Treasurer) and additional general Directors.
The Board currently has 4 standing committees that manage the regular functions of the Board. The committees are Events, Engagement, Governance, and Modernization. All Board members serve on various committees and general members can also volunteer to serve on a committee.
The LCBA Directors also serve as Board liaisons for LCBA Sections. If you are the chair of a LCBA Section, please reach out if you need assistance or resources.
Board meetings occur on the first Thursday of each month.
