September 16 -- NALS. William Wiswall discussing general strategies and trial strategies employed in a number of high-profile cases litigated over his long career.  Noon to 1:00 p.m. at the Lane County Courthouse, Conference Room “B-C”, in the basement, next to the Café. September 28 -- Eugene-Springfield Tax Association.  Speaker and topic to be announced in August LCBA Newsletter and here. It will begin at 5:30 pm with a no host bar with dinner being served at 6:00.
